Cayman Islands Activates NEOC, 2 July

Grand Cayman, 2 July 2024 – The Cayman Islands Government has activated the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) as of 12:00 noon today (Tuesday, 2 July).

The NEOC is a multisector strategic body to coordinate the Cayman Islands’ emergency response for Hurricane Beryl, involving senior government officials, first response agencies including Cayman Islands Fire Service, Police, Coast Guard and Regiment.
