Background

A meeting of the Parliament of the Cayman Islands will take place in honour of the Rt Hon. Sir Lindsay Hoyle, MP, Speaker of the House of Commons, Parliament of the United Kingdom. Hon. Sir Alden McLaughlin, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Premier Hon. Juliana O’Connor-Connolly, and the Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Roy McTaggart will address Parliament. 

The visit marks the first occasion that a Speaker of the Parliament of the United Kingdom has made an official visit to Cayman.
