SYNOPSIS

Light to moderate northeasterly winds and seas will continue across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours due to a weak pressure gradient across the northwest Caribbean. Radar images show isolated showers in and around the Cayman area moving southwest. The National Hurricane Center in Miami Florida continues to issue advisories on Tropical Storm Ernesto. Further information can be found at www.nhc.noaa.gov. This storm poses no immediate threat to the Cayman Islands.

Today:  Partly cloudy this morning. Increasing clouds with periods of showers this afternoon. Winds ENE 5- 10 mph.
