SYNOPSIS

Fresh northeasterly winds and rough seas will continue across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours due to the strong high-pressure system over the southeastern US. Further to the northeast, Hurricane Oscar is currently over the Great Inagua Island and is expected to move over eastern Cuba this afternoon and weaken.

Today: Cloudy and windy.  Winds E 10-20 mph.

Tonight:  Partly cloudy skies. Winds NE 15-25 mph
