The National Gallery is pleased to announce that it is now receiving applications for the 2012 Ogier Art Award exhibition. The Award, which celebrates new developments in the Cayman Islands art scene, is as part of Ogier’s Corporate Giving Philosophy, which supports the promotion and development of arts and culture within their community. The National Gallery is excited to be partnering with Ogier for a third year to oversee the administrative aspects of the competition.

This is a juried exhibition and prizes will be awarded to the artists with the two strongest works, along with a prize in the emerging artist category. New to this year’s Ogier Art Award will be a Photography Prize, which is being supported by Camana Bay.
