Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds and rough seas will continue across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours as a high pressure system strengthens over the southeastern US. Further east, stationary front over Jamaica will retrogress over the Cayman area overnight supporting cloudy skies with brief passing showers. Radar images show a few showers concentrated mainly around and south of Grand Cayman and which are moving towards the west southwest.

Description:
The Global Infrared Satellite image shows clouds by their temperature. Red and blue areas indicate cold (high) cloud tops.
