32nd Annual KiwaniBike
Past President, Secretary and KiwaniBike Chairperson Monique Bush said, “We’re thrilled to be able to host KiwaniBike for its 32nd year. The 20 Mile bike ride, is a major fundraiser for our club with funds raised this year going to our Key Clubs and Builders Clubs which create young leaders in our schools.”
On Sunday, 16 February riders should head to Smith Cove between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and hand in their bikes which will be transported to the Blow Holes courtesy of Lemmie’s Trucking. Riders may then take a bus up to the Blow Holes in East End, courtesy of Majestic Tours. At 7:00 a.m. the cycle back to the finish at Smith Cove kicks off.
Event pre-registration is being offered this Saturday, 15 February at Foster’s the Strand from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Riders are welcome to come down to hand in pledges and collect their event t-shirts. Pledges of $30 or more will receive a t-Shirt, post-event refreshments and entry into a prize draw.
