SYNOPSIS

Cloudy rainy conditions along with strong southeasterly winds and rough seas are expected through this evening as Tropical storm Delta moves west, south of the Cayman area. Radar images show scattered showers in and around the Cayman area moving towards the west. The National Hurricane Center in Miami Florida is issuing advisories for Tropical Storm Delta, Tropical Storm Delta at 7 am was located near 17.8 North, 80.2 West or about 115 miles south-southwest of Grand Cayman with a maximum sustained wind speed of 110 mph and moving towards the west to northwest at 15 mph. A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the Cayman Islands.
