Light variable winds and slight seas are expected today in association with a weak pressure gradient over the northwest Caribbean. Further north, a cold front over the Yucatan Channel is expected to move into the Cayman area by Saturday morning supporting an increase in cloudiness and showers along with fresh northeasterly winds and rough seas. Radar images show isolated showers in and around the Cayman area moving towards the west.
