DHL Storm, playing in the yellow and black shirt beat the Queensgate Pigs Trotters in red, during a warm-up game, the Heineken Wooden Spoon, at the Cayman Rugby Club at South Sound on Saturday afternoon.

The DHL Cayman Storm, having finished 3rd place last year, did not get the opportunity to compete for the Heineken Shield, a trophy which they have held since the trophy’s introduction.

The main event of the afternoon was the Heineken Charity Shield, when the John Doak Iguanas beat the Krys Global Buchanners, 23 to 5.
