Tonie Chisholm wins the Miss Cayman Islands 2015 title. The pageant was held at Lions Centre. The first runner-up is Adrianna Christian and Emily Bodden is the second runner-up.

Tonie Chisholm will represent Cayman Islands at the Miss Universe and Miss World 2015 contests.
