At about 1:43 am this morning a 56-year-old male, a resident of Bodden Town, was apparently walking on the left side of Bodden Town Road heading east in the vicinity of Chester’s  Heavy Equipment Services. The victim was struck by a passing vehicle the driver of which apparently did not stop.

Police and Medics personnel attended the scene, and the victim was transported to the George Town Hospital where he is admitted and being treated for serious injuries.
