The Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) is pleased to announce the final list of nominees for is 12th Annual Cayman Stingray Tourism Awards. These awards are the highest honour bestowed by the CITA in recognition of individuals who as viewed by their peers, have contributed significantly in their roles as well as the Cayman Islands tourism industry in general. “The calibre of nominations that came in certainly have provided for a ‘tough job’ for the Nominations Selections Committee. We commend each nominee as well as those who took the time to submit forms. CITA looks forward to a grand celebration of these accolades on June 23 and welcome all to come out to celebrate these achievements.” comments CITA Executive Director, Tiffany Dixon-Ebanks.

All members of the community are invited to attend the awards gala that takes place on Tuesday, June 23rd at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. The event will kick-off with a cocktail reception starting at 6 p.m. and dinner and awards commencing at 7 p.m.

The event promises to be spectacular with guest keynote addresses from the Ministry of Tourism and other specially invited officials who will share in the evening. Each nominee will receive recognition at the awards receiving the coveted glass Stingray Awards presented to each category. A Lifetime Achievement Award will also be presented to an individual who has contributed significantly to the industry over many years. The CITA welcomes everyone in the community to attend and celebrate the success of these top performers. The price per ticket is CI$90 per person and $850 for a table of 10 persons.
