This announcement is made by Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. (the “Company”) on a voluntary basis.

The Company has been informed by Ting Hsin (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp., (“Ting Hsin”) that it has purchased an aggregate of 1. 5 million shares in the Company on 6 January 2016. Upon completion of this purchase, Ting Hsin will be interested in 1,875,375,866 shares of the Company, representing approximately 33.47% of the total number of shares of the Company in issue as at the date of this announcement.
