At about 12.15PM today, 15 March, fire, emergency services personnel, police and representatives of Workplace and Labour Safety attended Natures Circle off Beach Bay Road, Savannah, to a report of a man seriously injured as a result of an industrial accident on a building site.

The 63-year-old man succumbed to his injuries. He was taken to George Town Hospital.

Investigations are continuing by the relevant agencies. His identity will be released once next-of-kin is informed.
