From Foster’s Food Fair

HP Hood LLC, in cooperation with brand owner CytoSport, Inc., is voluntarily recalling certain Muscle Milk ready to drink products produced in HP Hood’s Sacramento facility due to premature spoilage. No confirmed illnesses have been reported in association with the recall.

This recall relates only to Muscle Milk Ready to Drink products produced in the Sacramento production facility, identified by an “HS” in the lot code. No other CytoSport or Muscle Milk branded products are affected.

Select Foster’s Food Fair-IGA locations carry the affected product. This recall applies only to the Muscle Milk products produced in HP Hood’s Sacramento facility between November 21,
2015 through May 23 2016. Foster’s Food Fair-IGA carries, and has pulled from the shelves, the following items that are included in the withdrawal list:

58795 – Muscle Milk Ready to Drink 12/14 OZ CHOC
58803 – Muscle Milk Ready to Drink 12/14 OZ VAN CREM
58815 – Muscle Milk Ready to Drink 12/14 OZ BAN CRM
58822 – Muscle Milk Ready to Drink 12/14 OZ COOK N CREAM

We encourage all customers who have purchased any affected product from any of our Foster’s Food Fair-IGA, Priced Right or Bay Market locations to check both the “Best By” dates and lot codes, and to return affected product for a full refund. Please discontinue consumption.
