July 2016 – St Peter Port, Guernsey – Leading international law firm Walkers and AO Hall LLP, a specialist Guernsey-based provider of legal services, announced today that AO Hall will join the Walkers Group.

AO Hall, which will change its name to Walkers (Guernsey) LLP will provide specialist Guernsey law legal services in Guernsey and jurisdictions around the world under the Walkers brand. Walkers (Guernsey) LLP will provide an integrated range of services to clients, covering the following key practice areas: finance, corporate & investment funds, dispute resolution, insolvency & restructuring, employment, pensions, trusts and fiduciary.
