Peter Binose: Trailing the cocaine route through Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Remember how I once wrote about our Argyle airport being built to service the cocaine trade.

On Sunday the 8th on November 2015 a Cessna Citation 500 took off from one of the government-operated terminals at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Venezuela. On board were two pretend diplomats close relatives of Venezuela’s presidential family, both of them carrying Venezuelan diplomatic passports.
Please do not confuse this with the pretend Vincentian diplomat who travelled to London Ruben Morgan. Ruben Morgan was given a diplomatic passport in December 2001 following the successful election of the ULP and Ralph Gonsalves was made Prime Minister. But was caught carrying a Kilo of cocaine at a London airport in 2004. I doubt there is any relationship because the Venezuelans with diplomatic passports were caught carrying more than 1,700 pounds of cocaine, according to the District Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York USA.

Francisco Flores, 29, and Efraín Campos, 30, the nephews of President Maduro’s wife Cilia Flores, were among four passengers and two pilots on the Haiti-bound Citation 500. The plane was co-piloted by Pablo Urbano and Pedro Rodriguez.
Flores and Campos were arrested in Haiti on charges of conspiring to smuggle cocaine into the United States. They are being held without bail in New York after a federal grand jury handed up an indictment last week. They both pleaded not guilty.
Apparently government owned aircraft and that includes those belonging to the oil company PDVSA are never searched. I suppose that is kind of normal in the banana republic’s because PDVSA airplane are never searched when they land or before takeoff from Saint Vincent’s airport either.
The Simon Bolivar airport was where an Air France jet departed with 1.6 tons of cocaine in September 2013, the largest drug haul in the history of France. Authorities in Venezuela because of diplomatic pressure eventually arrested 27 people in that case, eight of them Venezuelan military officers. Those suspects are still awaiting trial in Venezuela and are walking free.

The arrest was made possible because of information given by two young persons who were connected to the operation and were confidants of the US agencies. They knew precisely the structure of the network, the confidants were able to answer several questions, one of which was on the financial organization. It was these informants who mentioned the facilities to launder money through the treasurer of PDVSA, Malpica Flores. I suspect these informants were on the flight and were those which the US released.
Drug trafficking measures have turned increasingly lax in Venezuela in the last decade and a half since Venezuela became a Marxist state. In fact it has become a major business with some close to the Venezuelan presidency willing to grab some cash from wherever they can.
Most of the cocaine export problem stems from Hugo Chavez, just months into his presidency, Chavez stopped a program that allowed the US Drug Enforcement Administration [DEA] to fly surveillance and interdiction planes over Venezuelan airspace. There was a difference of opinion over his action some saying it was drug based and others saying it was because Russia who was building missile bases in Venezuela insisted on it.
In 2005, cooperation between Venezuela and the DEA came to a complete halt when Chavez denied them co-operation and the use of airspace.
The DEA currently estimates that 200 tons of cocaine pass through Venezuela every year. But according to information from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime [UNODC], Venezuela country ranks fourth in the world in terms of cocaine seizures. But those figures are small really when it is considered that Europe and the US are still receiving huge shipments from Venezuela many of those through Saint Vincent and the Grenadines sea and airspace.
The Citation 500 plane that left the government’s terminal that day is said to be registered in Venezuela to Sabenpe, a waste-management company, but used by the state oil company PVDSA. Sabenpe appears registered as a company, but is listed as “inactive.”
Cilia Flores, married President Nicolas Maduro not long after he was sworn into office in 2013, prior to 2000 he was a bus driver and union leader. Maduro became a raving Marxist during his training in Cuba at the “Escuela de formacion politica” (School of Political Education).
Maduro has always emphasized the importance of the new School of Political Education for the ALBA Armed Forces, calling it a “vanguard experience not just in Latin America but for the entire world”. It is my sincere belief that young people from the Caribbean are at this very moment being indoctrinated there.
Observers have noted the School of Political Education for the ALBA Armed Forces appears to be a communist counterweight to the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHISC).
Maduro has one son, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, whom he appointed to senior government posts: Chief of the presidency’s Special Inspectors Body, head of the National Film School, and a seat in the National Assembly. Like all these Marxist monsters they have to put the children into prime positions that others are more worthy of. At 24 years of age, “Maduro travelled through the streets of Havana Cuba with other militants of leftist organizations in South America that moved to Cuba in 1986, to attend a one year course in the Escuela Nacional de Cuadros Julio Antonio Mella, a centre of political indoctrination directed by the Union of Communist Youth. He was another person who had their brain addled by Cuban indoctrination in Marxist and Leninist teachings.
Despite Maduro often being portrayed as a man with a simple background of being a bus driver, union official and someone who rose through the ranks to become Chavez’s Vice President. The real images should cause concern to the US and others that the man is far more than that – he is a well-trained, hard line, old school communist from Havana in the 1980s. How many of our present Caribbean and those of the Americas political leaders received that very same tuition we may never be able to prove. But I suppose a real sign is when a leader appears to give more patriotism to Cuba than to their own country and citizens, employing Cubans and Cuban technology in their own countries to the detriment of their own people. Those men are often seen trying to get close to Fidel Castro, Maurice Bishop, Walter Rodney and other such Marxist scum bags.
Cilia Flores, a lawyer and politician who replaced Maduro as President of the National Assembly in August 2006, when he resigned to become Minister of Foreign Affairs, becoming the first woman to serve as President of the National Assembly. The two had been in a romantic relationship since the 1990s when Flores was Hugo Chávez’s lawyer following the 1992 Venezuelan coup d’état attempts and were married in July 2013 months after Maduro became president. Cilia Flores has her own television show — “Cilia en Familia,” or “Cilia in the Family.” What is rarely mentioned she has an adopted son, Efraín Campos, who is her nephew from her deceased sister. This is the very same young man arrested for drug smuggling by the Americans.
There was a serious nepotism scandal a few years ago when she fired 45 people from government jobs and gave the jobs to her family members, a lot of her relatives still hold powerful positions.
Her son Walter Gavidia Flores was made a penal judge, and her nephew Carlos Erik Malpica Flores was made the Venezuelan National Treasurer and, simultaneously, finance director of state oil company PDVSA.
While very few in the top tiers of Venezuela have eluded to the arrests of Mrs Maduros nephews– typically the Maduros blame the U.S. for using “dirty tricks” against Maduro’s regime.
Venezuela’s previous pre the latest elections Chavisto Marxist government was a criminal enterprise composed of a drug cartel, a money laundering financial system, and a kleptocracy, which is continued through the presidency.
Maduro, his family, and his henchmen make Pablo Escobar’s Medellin Cartel look disorganized and small-time, Venezuela uses its army, its foreign ministry, and its banking sector as accessories to a profitable drug business. They taken over from the Cubans and specialize in funding extreme left wing socialist parties in the Caribbean and Iberia, Saint Vincent, Spain and many others. They were even recently exposed as sending money through an SVG offshore bank to Spain, political money laundering.
Just to remind you we have a company here in SVG linked to PDVSA called PDV Saint Vincent Ltd with a Venezuelan manager called Rafael Colmenares. If you remember PDV SVG Ltd is one of the companies that we have been kept from seeing the accounts of with no parliamentary oversight. I hope Rafael Colmenares is not related to Mrs Maduro, but he must be a loyal supporter of the Chavisto movement to be working for the State Oil Company.
It may well be the delivery and distribution of cocaine despite being a nice little earner for those involved is also a part of a much wider Marxist conspiracy to inflict as much damage as possible on the United States whilst making all those involved stinking rich and able to live in comfort in their own countries whilst the people suffer. Changing laws to benefit themselves, corrupting the police, military and Judiciary. Opening business’s to launder their ill gotten gains. Big houses and fleets of cars and the ability to rape and pillage the poor and ignorant women. With the US officials hands tied because of diplomacy.
Talking SVG but not connected what I have written before, unless we are very careful Camillo Gonsalves will soon be hoisted up front by his father as Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Our Deputy Prime Minister Straker was recently in Cuba having some medical treatment, so if we follow the path of the past Camillo may shortly be Deputy Prime Minister, just one step away from the top.
On a lighter note I will leave you with this.
Perhaps Straker went to Cuba for the Cuban poodle dog brain transplant that I once wrote about. The Cubans have been breeding poodles and harvesting their brains for transplant. They believe the poodle is the most intelligent of all dogs; therefore their brains would be an improvement for people like those of the ULP regime leaders.
The only problems are the side effects. Shagging peoples dogs in the streets, crapping in the park, pissing up trees and poles and sometimes briefcase’s, chasing moving car tires, howling at night and licking their own arses and the arses of others.
Now Comrade using your very own wordology, doesn’t that sound like your sort of “worthless dirty dog”?
