Maples staff beat the heat with ice cream treats

All employees of the Maples group’s Cayman offices were recently treated to a special afternoon with ice cream of their choice to help beat the summer heat.

On Monday, 8 August the partners and management organised a surprise visit from three ice cream trucks directly outside Maples and Calder, MaplesFS and CEC, where Maples group staff were invited to a break to mingle with coworkers and indulge in homemade ice cream courtesy of CayKool.

“We appreciate the hard work by all of our people, so we wanted to do something a bit different and fun for them this summer,” commented Managing Partner of the Maples and Calder Cayman office, Paul Lumsden. “The ice cream trucks were well received – I think the most popular flavour was definitely the grape nut!”
