CXC launches mobile app
Speaking about the need for the CXC App, registrar of CXC, Glenroy Cumberbatch explained, “Increasingly, more of CXC stakeholders are using their mobile devices to interact with CXC and CXC has responded to this change in users’ consumption habits with the development of CXC Connect.”
Cumberbatch added, “The mobile app is aimed at enhancing stakeholder interaction and communication and by extension improving stakeholder satisfaction.”
The five main features of the App are news feed, Frequently Asked Questions, live chat, events and examinations results.
The CXC Connect App is designed for Android and iOS devices. These include mobile and tablet devices and can be downloaded from the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.
