Around 7:44AM this morning, 23 August, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre was notified of an accident involving a public bus passenger van in the vicinity of 2227 Shamrock Road in Savannah.  The bus had crossed an oncoming lane of traffic and collided with the wall of a residence.  Two passengers were in the bus along with the driver, but no one was injured and the road was not closed while police officers conducted enquiries.  The bus did not collide with any other vehicles.

The accident is under investigation and anyone with any information is asked to call the Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220.
