Major Joseph Rodriquez Watler (better known as “Mr. Roddy) would have been 122 years old today (3) as he was born on 3^rd March 1890 and died in April 1965 at the age of 75.  He served as Inspector of Police for 33 years. There is nothing to commemorate his devotion to his police duties (and many others) at the RCIPS building.

However, my sister (Helen Merren) and I (Joan Wilson), his only surviving children will ALWAYS have so many loving memories of our dear father. He was kind, generous and a friend to all.

And a very Happy Birthday to dear friend Janet McMillan  whose birthday also falls on March 3^rd.
