We are experiencing one of the worst flu seasons that we have seen in many years.

The CDC has new research showing that the flu can be spread just from the breath of someone who has the flu.

The flu is more likely to cause severe illness in pregnant women than in women who are not pregnant.

When you are pregnant, your immune system, heart, and lungs change, making women more prone to severe illness from the flu as well as hospitalization and even death.

A pregnant woman who has the flu may have a greater chance for serious problems for their unborn babies, including premature labor and delivery.

Many women are reluctant to receive the flu shot.
