The first buzzer sounds off on April 6th with the premiere of the docu-series DESTINO RUSIA 2018. The new production goes behind the scenes and explores the stories of key soccer figures and athletes that are making their way to Russia for this year’s World Cup.

DESTINO RUSIA 2018 is the third special of its kind, following two previously launched productions that have followed athletes’ journeys to the World Cup in South Africa (2010) and Brazil (2014).

DESTINO RUSIA 2018 is the first co-production between HBO Latin America and HBO Europe, which came together to present in-depth stories of growth, friendship, glory and redemption in the world of soccer in 10 half-hour episodes.
