SGG, a leading global investor services firm is expanding its Cayman office due to an increased client demand and a growing book of Cayman domiciled funds and structures.

To spearhead this expansion SGG has appointed Lynden John as the Managing Director of Client Relations and Commercial Strategy for the Cayman Office . Lynden will be responsible for ensuring top quality service to clients and is tasked with implementing SGG’s Cayman business development strategy while assisting Selma Lee-Arch, the Managing Director of Business and Operations, in building and developing its fund solutions business in the Cayman Islands.

Lynden has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and specialises in the incorporation, governance and administration of hedge funds, private equity structures, capital market transactions and complex international corporate structures for corporate and institutional clients across a broad range of industry sectors.

Lynden began his career in public accounting with Deloitte South Africa, where he obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant, and is an alumni of both Deloitte and Ernst & Young in the Cayman Islands. More recently, he led business development for a global investor services firm in Cayman. He has worked and lived in the Cayman Islands for over 10 years and has a proven track record providing commmercialiy effective solutions to a wide clients with offshore structures.
