THE 59-ROOM HOTEL AND 74 RESIDENCES WILL OPEN IN 2021

Developer Vista Development Ltd. of Pronet Capital, LLC is bringing the Caribbean its first Andaz hotel from Hyatt Hotels Corp.

The 59-room Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, along with 74 branded residences, will be designed by RAD Architecture Inc. with contemporary interiors from Francisco Jove of Modus Operandi, designer of Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya and Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo.

Opening in 2021, the resort will comprise two buildings. One will house the hotel and the other will be home to the residences, and amenities will be co-located. The development will include four restaurants and bars, fitness amenities, an outdoor garden yoga studio and a full-service spa.
