Rachel Mulligan, a Professional Support Lawyer within Appleby Cayman’s Corporate and Commercial practice group, was recently called to the Cayman Islands Bar. Rachel is a member of Appleby’s global knowledge management team and focuses on developing the firm’s knowledge management infrastructure as well as supporting, developing and maintaining consistency and technical excellence across the firm.

Cayman Partner, Nicolas Joseph, moved the application before Justice Henderson and shared with the Courts: “Rachel is a welcome addition to our team and we are delighted to have attracted her to fill this role in Appleby’s Cayman office.”

Rachel received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree with honours in Modern European Studies from Nottingham Trent University. She also attended Westminster University and wrote the Common Professional Examination after which she completed the Legal Practice Course, receiving a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Commendation) from the College of Law in London. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising) in 2000 before being admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands.
