| Thammakaset, the Thai poultry company at the heart of the case, continues to press defamation charges against Nan Win — one of the 14 migrant workers — and a Thai human rights activist Sutharee Wannasiri. Nan Win is being pursued for testifying about the abuses in a short film and at a press conference. Sutharee Wannasiri is being charged for simply sharing the film on social media.
