New Year, New Intentions for Cayman Islands Meals On Wheels

On behalf of the Meals on Wheels team, we’d like to thank you for your continued support. We hope that you will continue to be involved in 2019. Our Board of Directors conducted a strategy session to set out our goals for this year.
There are 3 main areas of focus:

1. Fundraising, fundraising, fundraising with an effort to increase our capacity for meal delivery to sustain our current 230 meals and eradicate our waiting list.
2. Improve efficiencies by reviewing operations and soliciting volunteers and in-kind services.
3. Update and reassess all existing and potential client records with an effort to extend information to other agencies who may assist with disabilities and home improvements.

We look forward to keeping you informed and involved!

Changing lives and making a difference can be as simple as collecting spare change from members of our community! Our annual Coin Drive is set to take place on March 22 & 23rd, 2019 at various locations from West Bay to Savannah. Sign up from now to cover a 2-hour shift at one of the designated locations. To host a collection point at your location, get in touch! Alternatively you can sign up yourself &/or a friend or team member for a shift. Volunteer T-shirts will be provided thanks to, Davenport Development, our 2019 Coin Drive sponsor.
