GUNNED DOWN: Jeremiah shot dead trial hears
Opening a three-week murder trial before Justice Cooke, prosecutors spun a graphic and grisly tale of the February shooting death, showing CCTV footage of the 15 February, 8:00 pm murder at the Hell Road Esso station.
Detailing the five-count indictment against Mr Anglin, prosecutor Andrew Radcliffe, QC, told Mr Justice Cooke that charges of murder, attempted murder, assault, possession of an imitation firearm and threatening violence stemmed from two incidents involving the defendant and Mr Barnes, culminating in the accidental shooting of his son.
The trial is set down for three weeks.
