BLACKBEARD’S ANNOUNCES THE GRAND OPENING OF A NEW LANDMARK STORE IN CAMANA BAY

GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands, 5 December 2019: Tomorrow morning Blackbeard’s will welcome the newest addition to its retail store network across the Cayman Islands. Opening its doors next door to the new Foster’s in Camana Bay, the 4,000- square- foot store offers customers more convenience and choice with a wider assortment of beer, wines, and spirits in a beautiful new environment.

“We’re incredibly proud and excited to finally open our flagship store which has taken a few years to plan, design and build,”. said Matthew Bishop, chief executive officer of Cayman Distributors. “I hope that the space will offer a fun and truly unique shopping experience for our loyal customers.”

The store will stock the same selection of the world’s leading beers, wine and spirits as the company’s 7seven other stores across the Cayman Islands, as well as some new and exclusive products.

In-Store Features

Walk-in cooler: The new location offers the first walk-in cooler in any Cayman Islands liquor store, so you can browse and pick up a case of cold beer or your favourite wine with ease.

Tasting Station: Incorporated into the wine section, a tasting station will spotlight new products for customers to sample and purchase.

Product Expansion: The new store is expanding the product offering, with thousands available for purchase with a large focus on famous international brands as well as local products.

Store Design: Designed by DDL, the new store maintains a practical and shopable layout integrated within contemporary design and cutting- edge features.

Store hours are Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m – 9 p.m.., Friday – Saturday, 10 a.m.- – 10:00 p.m., Sunday, 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.
