OPINION: COVID 19 – A Chinese/Russian Conspiracy
By Nathan ‘Jolly’ Green, March 31, 2020
The Chinese virus factory at Wuhan. The questions I suppose we must eventually ask are, was the escape of the virus an act of sabotage? Was it an accidental escape? Was it a purposeful experimental act to infect the people of Wuhan, which got out of hand, and beyond control? Or is it an attempt to bring down America and rule the World? We now know the virus is a rapid mutation type virus and can mutate from each person to person infection. The virus has also become more aggressive as it spreads from country to country.
I have spent numerous hours researching the Russian involvement in the Corona Virus pandemic. During which time, I came up with lots of very valid circumstantial evidence of their participation. But until now, I never considered that there was a Chinese – Russian partnership.
Like I researched the Russians, I have been conducting in depth research on the Chinese. I have concluded China and Russia were working jointly on biological weaponry, and somehow a virus got away from the laboratory in Wuhan city.
This was part of an article that appeared in a London newspaper –
“The deadly animal-borne coronavirus spreading globally may have originated in a laboratory in the city of Wuhan linked to China’s covert biological weapons program,” said an Israeli biological warfare analyst.

From the same article –
Radio Free Asia last week rebroadcast a Wuhan television report from 2015, showing China’s most advanced virus research laboratory, known as the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The laboratory is the only declared site in China capable of working with deadly viruses.
Dany Shoham, a former Israeli military intelligence officer who has studied Chinese biological warfare, said the institute is linked to Beijing’s covert bio-weapons program.
I believe the Chinese have been studying and working with the Sars virus since 2000-2, perhaps even earlier than that.
Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a viral respiratory disease of zoonotic origin that surfaced in the early 2000s caused by the first-identified strain of the SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV or SARS-CoV-1). In late 2017, Chinese scientists claimed to have traced the virus through the intermediary of civets to cave-dwelling horseshoe bats in Yunnan province.

Of course, we only have their word for that; there is no way we can prove or disprove that statement. Chinese scientists tend to say what the Party demands.
SARS was a relatively rare disease; at the end of the epidemic in June 2003, the incidence was 8,422 cases with a case fatality rate (CFR) of 11%.
2003, March, China: A novel coronavirus SARS-CoV, was found to be the causative agent. Within 11 weeks from the first SARS case in Hong Kong, it had spread to an additional 27 countries or special administrative regions. The mini pandemic peaked during the last week of May 2003, and the previous new probable case was on July 13, 2003.
It spread very quickly but was short-lived; by 2004, it all but disappeared.
The case fatality rate (CFR) ranges from 0% to 50%, depending on the age group of the patient. Ref: Chan-Yeung, M; Xu, RH (November 2003). “SARS: epidemiology.” Respirology (Carlton, Vic.). 8 Suppl: S9–14. DOI: 10.1046/j.1440-1843.2003.00518.x. PMID
Patients under 24 were least likely to die (less than 1%); those 65 and older were most likely to die (over 55%).

2004, Holland: Human coronavirus NL63 or HCoV-NL63 is a species of Coronavirus that was identified in late 2004 in a seven-month-old child with bronchiolitis in the Netherlands. [Probably a leftover mutation of the 2003 SARS-CoV]
Infection with the virus has been confirmed worldwide and has an association with many common symptoms and diseases. Associated diseases include mild to moderate upper respiratory tract infections, severe lower respiratory tract infection, croup, and bronchiolitis. 2005, HongKong: Human coronavirus HKU1 (HCoV-HKU1) is a species of Coronavirus which originated from infected mice. In humans, infection results in an upper respiratory disease with symptoms of the common cold but can advance to pneumonia and bronchiolitis. It was first discovered in January 2005 in two patients in Hong Kong. Subsequent research revealed it has global distribution and earlier genesis.
Following the initial reports of the discovery of HCoV-HKU1, the virus was identified that same year in 10 patients in northern Australia. Respiratory samples were collected between May and August (winter in Australia). Investigators found that most of the HCoV-HKU1–positive samples originated from children in the later winter months.
The first known cases in the Western hemisphere were discovered in 2005 after analyzing older specimens by clinical virologists at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, who were curious to learn if HCoV-HKU1 was in their area. They conducted a study of 851 infants and children over seven weeks from December 2001 to December 2002. The virus was identified in specimens that were collected in 7 weeks from December 2001 to February 2002. The children were also tested for Human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), parainfluenza viruses (types 1–3), influenza A and B viruses, and adenovirus by direct immunofluorescence assay as well as human metapneumovirus and HCoV-NH by Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). All tested negative. Out of the 851 children, two tested positive for HCoV-HKU1. The researchers reported that the strain identified in New Haven is similar to the strain found in Hong Kong. This strain found in New Haven is sometimes referred to as HCoV-NH, for New Haven, where it was discovered. There is some probability, therefore, that the past infections found originated from the Hong Kong source].
2012 -17 MERS-CoV in 2012, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), also known as camel flu, is a viral respiratory infection caused by the MERS-coronavirus (MERS-CoV). Symptoms may range from mild to severe. They include fever, cough, diarrhea, and shortness of breath. The disease is typically more severe in those with other health problems. Mortality is about one-third of diagnosed cases. About 36% of those infected die. As of 2020, there is no specific vaccine or treatment for the disease.
Just under 2000 cases have been reported as of April 4, 2017. About 36% of those who are diagnosed with the disease die from it. The overall risk of death may be lower as those with mild symptoms may be undiagnosed. The first identified case occurred in 2012 in Saudi Arabia, and most cases have occurred in the Arabian Peninsula. A strain of MERS-CoV known as HCoV-EMC/2012 found in the first infected person in London in 2012 was found to have a 100% match to Egyptian tomb bats. A massive outbreak occurred in South Korea in 2015. A further outbreak of MERS was reported in 2018, affecting Saudi Arabia and other countries (including South Korea) to which infected persons traveled, but from the years 2015–18, the number infected in Saudi Arabia in 2018 was the lowest. Were the Chinese in any way connected to any of these outbreaks?
What is strange is that all these respiratory disease strains can be traced from one area in China. All the outbreaks originate in China before they spread to other countries and sometimes worldwide.
2017, December, China: “After years of searching across China, where the SARS disease first emerged, researchers reported … that they had found a remote cave in Yunnan province, which is home to horseshoe bats that carry a strain of a particular virus known as a coronavirus. This strain has all the genetic building blocks of the type that triggered the global outbreak of SARS in 2002.”
It is a matter of some interest, this research was carried out at the same institute that the Israeli virologist claimed to be a military laboratory in the town of Wuhan, where the current Corona Virus 2 originated.
The research was performed by Shi Zheng-Li, Cui Jie, and coworkers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, China, and published in PLOS Pathogens. The authors are quoted as stating that “another deadly outbreak of SARS could emerge at any time. As they point out, the cave where they discovered their strain is only a kilometer from the nearest village.”

Can we believe anything that the Chinese government approve for publication?
In 2019, a related virus strain, SARS-CoV-2, was discovered. This new strain causes COVID-19, a disease which brought about the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic.

Wuhan, China, is home to that nation’s premiere bio-weapons research and development facility, operated by the Chinese army, a Bio-Safety Level 4 laboratory for the storage, research, and development of the World’s most dangerous infectious diseases.
Because of Chinese military involvement, it has long been described as a biotechnology weapons laboratory. It cost $44-million and was built in 2017 above the objections of the world health community and immunologists around the globe. Unnamed Chinese insiders are now claiming the possibility of a breach of containment before the Coronavirus epidemic. The lab was built and equipped to “study the pathogen that causes SARS,” a virus similar to Coronavirus, which broke out in China in 2002.
The Russians and the Chinese have been running parallel projects regarding SARS since 2017. They have been project sharing since the 2015 joint arms sale treaty. Providing for the transfer of six battalions of the S-400 air defense system to Beijing at an estimated price tag of USD 3 billion was the first large-scale platform sale between the two countries since 2005.
I suspect the infection may have started sometime before the time reported by the Chinese. Because their Russian partners on December 3, 2019, According to TASS, the official Russian news agency, said that at the Russian Parliament, the Duma in Moscow, the Russian government submitted a draft fundamental law on Russia’s biological security to the lower chamber of the Russian Parliament.
According to the preamble to the document, uploaded to the Parliament’s online database, it “lays the foundation for state regulation in the domain of ensuring the biological security of the Russian Federation and outlines a complex of measures intended to protect the population and environment from dangerous biological factors, to prevent biological threats [biohazards], to create and develop the monitoring system of biological risks.”
The main biological threats are listed in a separate article, including mutation of pathogens, the emergence of new infectious diseases among people and animals and spread of old ones, creation of new pathogenic agents with the help of synthetic biology technologies, subversion and terrorism acts at biologically dangerous facilities, terrorist attacks involving pathogenic agents and their use as weapons.
The draft law also outlines a complex of measures to protect the population from those risks. Does it include a section for the closing of borders?
TASS, by their story, went a long way to suggest the Russian’s knew just how potent the coming pandemic would be. They published that Russia had started trying to find a vaccine for the Coronavirus urgently. Then in January 2020, they closed their border with China. They did that before they had a single case of the Coronavirus in Russia.
2020, January 30, Russia: Russia shut its 4,209-kilometer (2,615 miles) land border with China to most passenger travel as the Kremlin claims it seeks to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus from its biggest trading partner.
While explaining the reason for applying the restrictions, Russia’s Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, “As of now, not a single case of this dangerous disease has been confirmed [in Russia]” “Still, we must protect our people.”
The Russians knew of the dire perils this disease could bring before anyone else. They closed their borders with China before having a single case in Russia. Some may call that a precaution, but I am more apt to believe it was pre-knowledge.
On February 8, 2020: The streets of Wuhan are empty. Planes, trains, and automobiles motionless. Factories and heavy industrial enterprises like construction projects and building sites shuttered and abandoned. So why was Wuhan suddenly choking on thick smoke that eclipsed the worst smog in the city’s history? Locals say mass cremation of coronavirus victims is the source and that the government is burning evidence of plague. Perhaps they even had a lot of files to destroy by fire at the SARS laboratory.
The Chinese virus factory at Wuhan. The questions I suppose we must now ask, was the escape of the virus an act of sabotage? Was it an accidental escape? Was it an experiment, a purposeful act to infect the people of Wuhan, an experiment, which got out of hand? Or is it an attempt to bring down America and rule the World? We now know the virus is a rapid mutation type virus and can mutate from each person to person infection. The virus has also become more aggressive as it spread from country to country. Hopefully, eventually, as it ravages the world, it will eventually become less virulent, and its strength will diminish. If not, we will suffer from it for many years to come.
Personally, I think it was an accident, but who knows when one is dealing with two such evil regimes?
