MITCHELL, S.D. – For a second day in a row, the Dakota Wesleyan University men’s soccer team provided depth to its roster for the 2020 season with the addition of four more recruits, head coach Jose Lopez announced Friday.

 The four recruits include Grant Pierce, Jorge Rojas, Lamoy Moodie and Jabari Campbell.

 Pierce transfers to DWU from Utah State University Eastern after two seasons. In his time at USUE, Pierce finished as a two-time conference semifinalist and recorded four goals and three assists. In high school he added 30+ goals in a three-year career at Corner Canyon High School. He was also awarded the Golden Boot Award his freshman season.

 Rojas also transfers to DWU after spending time at Western Nebraska Community College. Prior to college, Rojas attended Bruce Randolph High School in Denver, Colo. 

 A third transfer joins the Tigers as Moodie inks his intent to play after spending time at University College of the Cayman Islands. Moodie attended Clifton Hunter High School before college. In high school, Moodie was a Dean’s List Certificate winner and won an Academic Excellence Award in Automotive. He also received his Certificate of Business Studies. 

 Campbell comes from the Cayman Islands for the 2020 season. He played in a Private School Association League where he finished with 39 goals and 23 assists in four years. Campbell guided his team to a Private School Association League title twice and was named the Team MVP in the 2016-17 season. He also represented his country at the youth level from U14 until U23.

 The most recent signees bring the roster total to 34 for the Tiger men’s soccer team for the 2020 season.
