Cayman Drama Society: Performance opportunity, and Quaraoke!

QUARANTINE KARAOKE THIS SAT (23)!

We have been trying different things in quarantine to keep you all engaged and our next venture comes thanks to a suggestions from Mr Paul. We are going to be trying a VIRTUAL KARAOKE!

Anyone is welcome, but we will need your song requests in advance so that we can have the playlist and a sharing link ready to go out together.

This will take place on Sat 23rd at 7.30pm. To take part, email[email protected] for the online room link, and let us know what you would like to sing. If you want to just come along for a drink and a giggle then just let us know you want to join but won’t be singing.

Ms Kirsty will be there to coordinate so let’s have some KARAOKE FUN AND GET SINGING, CAYMAN!!!

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY!

THE SHOW MUST GO OPPOSITE – online fundraiser still available

This was an online concert to fundraise for CDS while our shows are unable to be live, premiered last Saturday. We asked performers to film a song from a musical theatre show that they would not get cast in usually, and the results are fabulous!

Our Covid Relief Fund helps cover partial or full fees for some of our performing students whose circumstances have changed as a result of the current circumstances. Arts offer an escapism that is vital for some at a time like this, and we want to ensure all our students who wish to continue attending can!
