GRAND CAYMAN – The Department of Commerce and Investment wishes to advise customers that amendments to trade and business licences can now be made online at www.dci.gov.ky.

In addition, all amendments except those transferring or assigning the licence, can be submitted outside of the renewal period which is up to 90 days prior to the expiry date of the licence. If an applicant tries to submit an amendment within the ninety day period, they will be redirected to submit a renewal along with the amendment.

Applicants submitting amendments to trade and business licences will be required to upload all supporting documents which may include a police certificate or receipt from the police clearance online portal.
