Grand Cayman, 9  November 2021 – The Ministry of Youth, Sports, Culture & Heritage (MYSCH) with the Pirates Week Office wishes to advise that the November’s Pirates Week 2021 landing, parade and district day activities have been postponed due to safety concerns with the ongoing community spread of Covid-19.

Despite the postponement of the larger events, organisers confirm that the 41^st Pirates Week 5k Sea Swim will still take place on Saturday, 13November 2021 at the Governor’s Beach. Race starts at 7am with registration from 6am to 6:45am.  Discussions are underway for possible firework displays in various districts (details, times and dates to be confirmed).
