From RCIPS

Shortly after 3:15PM on Friday, 15 April, officers responded to a report of a person in distress at an address on West Bay Road, across from Earth Close. A man had been in the water snorkeling when he lost consciousness. He was brought back to shore and persons on the scene administered CPR until the arrival of Emergency Services. He was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital via ambulance where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

The man was 67 years old, of the United States.
