Traffic Advisory – Caribbean Cadet Corps route march – Saturday 7 July.

On Saturday 7 July  the Caribbean Cadet Corps route march will take place in George Town.

It will consist of two support vehicles, approximately 130 people and a band.

The  march, which will begin at. 2.45 pm, will set off from the Smith Road Cricket Oval and proceed north along Huldah Avenue to Shedden Road. It will  then head along Elgin Avenue, Hospital Road and Smith Road, before returning to the Smith Road Cricket Oval at approximately 4.00 pm.

It should be noted that those involved will begin to assemble at the Cricket Oval around 15 minutes before the start of the march.

Road users are advised to avoid the route if possible, or allow extra time for their journey if they will be in the area at the relevant times.
