Thais Ducent, of the Ministry of Finance (Financial Services, was recently presented with an ipad by Lonny Tibbetts, CEO of CINICO, and Lynne Byles, Managing Director of Tower Marketing, as one of the iPad winners of the recent CINICO survey.

Mr Tibbetts explained that Ms Ducent was one of two winners and that the survey is still open for those that qualify to win the second iPad.
