SYNOPSIS

Scattered thundershowers along with moderate southeasterly winds and seas will continue across the Cayman area for the next 24 hours due to an upper level low pressure system over the western Caribbean. Additional cloudiness and showers are expected from this evening as a tropical wave approaches our area. Radar images show scattered thundershowers in and around the Cayman area moving towards the northwest.

Day: Mixed clouds and sun with scattered thunderstorms. Winds ESE 10-20 mph. Night: Thunderstorms likely this evening. Then a chance of scattered thunderstorms overnight. Winds ESE 10-15 mph.
