Catherine Tyson-Sewell is no stranger to the Cayman public, and many know her as a media personality in print, radio and the television arena as host and producer of her show Lighten Up. She is a social worker with degrees in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and the author of I’m Somebody’s Mama and her latest book Single Mama; Powerful not Pitiful.
For over 15 years Catherine has provided training and development and work ready programs to assist individuals to get equipped with professional and self-development skills, deportment and etiquette.
