Vistra recognises the increasing demand for cross-border services as international clients seek to establish and grow their operations in Japan, the world’s third largest economy. Its robust capabilities in Japan and global presence in more than 50 markets position Vistra as the partner of choice for companies looking to expand not only in the Japanese market but also in neighbouring South Korea and beyond.

With over five and a half years in Japan at Vistra and a former Tricor employee, Kevin’s previous roles as Director of Sales and Marketing and leader of the Company Secretarial service line have equipped him with a deep understanding of Japanese culture, government and business. This is critical as Vistra continues to strengthen its presence in this important and complex market. This internal promotion also highlights Vistra’s commitment to nurturing talent and fostering leadership within the organisation.

Kevin began his career as an auditor with EY in Silicon Valley. After leaving public accounting, he served in various leadership positions within the finance organisation, including roles collaborating on cross-border projects between the United States and Japan. These experiences sparked his passion for helping organisations navigate challenges specific to Japan and led him to join Vistra, where he could extend this support on a broader scale.
