The technical issue that affected the ability of the RCIPS Business Centre to complete processes required to produce police clearance certificates has now been resolved. 

Customers are being advised that delays may still be expected due to the backlog of requests that now need to be worked through.

We ask that applicants please bear with us while our staff manage requests.

The RCIPS Business Centre is currently experiencing delays in its ability to issue police clearance certificate requests due to an ongoing technical issue.

The issue is currently being addressed, but it is taking longer than expected to resolve, hence some persons may experience delays in receiving their police clearance certificates, which are normally delivered within 24 hours from when applications are made via the CIG e-services portal.

We ask that applicants please bear with us as our technical team works to get the system back up and running as soon as possible.
