Companies from Bulgaria, Canada, China, Finland, France, Korea, Spain, UK and US with solutions from beef and dairy farming to pig and poultry farming. Some 10 percent of exhibitors are in a pavilion
EuroTier 2024 will be hosting 25 international pavilions, reflecting the exhibition’s international reach, this year with 65 percent of exhibitors joining from outside Germany. Hailing from some 10 countries and agricultural regions – spanning Asia, Europe and North America – the pavilions are distributed across EuroTier’s 13 halls and offer solutions for all livestock species. Some 10 percent of exhibitors are in a country pavilion.
“We have two newcomers this year, which are Northern Ireland and the US state of Nebraska. Exhibitors from these respective regions will present solutions that are relevant to farming professionals visiting EuroTier.
“Exhibitors from a specific country are grouped together in a country pavilion. This makes it easier to access information and allows visitors to quickly get an overview of what is on offer and what developments are taking place in that country,” says Ulrike Schmidt-Machinek, Head of International Sales, DLG exhibitions.
New pavilions
Organized by „Invest Northern Ireland“, the Northern Ireland pavilion is located in Hall 11.
The exhibition’s first pavilion from the state of Nebraska, US, is organized by the state’s Department of Economic Development and focuses on cattle genetics and equipment. Situated in Hall 12, the pavilion is supported by the governor of the State of Nebraska, Jim Pillen, who will also be the keynote speaker of the Cattle & Pig Event, which takes place on the eve of EuroTier, 11 November.
From Asia to France and the UK
Located in Hall 20, the main French pavilion hosts 20 companies producing feed and feed additives. Many of the exhibitors are based in Britany.
China, a large agricultural country, is represented with 13 pavilions covering veterinary and feed products as well as dairy and pig management systems. Many of the pavilions are grouped according to province, including Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong.
At the UK Pavilion in Hall 11, visitors can meet up with representatives from the British livestock industry focused on genetics, including sheep, cattle and pigs, as well as associated companies, including those in the animal health, feed additive, biosecurity and advanced reproduction technology sectors.
