Cayman Police Investigate Serious Wounding Incident in George Town

Just after 6:10pm today, 14 December, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Unit to a report of a wounding incident at the hospital.
It was reported that a man with severe wounds attended the hospital to be treated for what appears to be several lacerations to the body. It is believed that his last known location was at a restaurant off Eastern Avenue in George Town. The man continues to be treated for what appears to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives are seeking the assistance of anyone who may have witnessed this incident to call or have any information regarding what took place to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
