Friday, February 28, 2025— The University of the West Indies (UWI) Global Campus is pleased to announce an intensive Project Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) workshop, taking place from March 18–21, 2025, designed to empower professionals with the skills to enhance project success, drive organisational impact, and improve decision-making through the identification and establishment of relevant targets and key performance indicators.

This interactive workshop will provide learners with practical knowledge on defining project results levels, utilising the logical framework methodology, setting measurable indicators, and conducting impact evaluations. Mr. Ryan Byer, Head of Site – Barbados, Global Campus Sites, The UWI Global Campus stated that the workshop is tailored for professionals within organisations involved in project management, impact assessment and organisational strategy, such as development practitioners, project managers, public sector leaders and any other professionals managing and evaluating development projects. The workshop promises to aid learners in developing robust Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks for achieving tangible results and driving improved decision-making. Simultaneously, individuals can expect to enhance project success and gain hands-on experience in measuring and evaluating project impact effectively. 

Workshop participants will engage in interactive sessions featuring insightful presentations, quizzes, group discussions and practical exercises to define project outcomes, set measurable indicators, and evaluate success effectively.
