Seafreight Line advises that a Port Container Inspection Fee for all cargo moving from the United States to the Cayman Islands, was implemented by the Cayman Islands Customs Department on September 17, 2012.

This local Grand Cayman Customs fee is paid at destination and collected by the carrier or its representing agent.

The Port Container Inspection Fee will be USD $125 per Container / Flatrack and will be applicable to all Public and Service Contract rates.
