Couple wins trip to Cayman Islands from BBBS Sports Weekend
Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Clarke, winners of the BBBS Cirque de KY Weekend of Sports and Shopping Raffle, collected their prizes recently from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Cayman Islands (BBBS) Interim Chair Anthony Ritch (right).
The couple won two round trip tickets to Miami on Cayman Airways; two tickets to the Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets game on 1st December; two tickets to the Miami Dolphins vs. New England Patriots game on 2nd December; and a Macy’s gift card worth $250.
An avid Miami Heat fan, Mrs. Clarke purchased three raffle tickets at AL Thompson’s two days before the charity’s Cirque de KY fundraiser. Both she and husband Timothy expressed their excitement at the opportunity to see their teams play live. Mr. Clarke, who went to school in Miami and is a Miami Dolphins fan, was ecstatic about the lower level seats they won.
Mr. Ritch congratulated the couple and thanked Collin Abraham of Pollen Nation who donated the Miami Heat tickets, Stacy Parke for the Miami Dolphins tickets and Edward Balderamos who covered the cost of the Macy’s gift card
He also extended thanks to all the volunteers who assisted with ticket sales and the many individuals who supported the raffle.
