The Framework for Fiscal Responsibility (FFR)  as set out in the Public Management and Finance (PMFL) amendment bill was finally passed into local law in the Legislative Assembly on Thursday (15) afternoon.

The three UDP back-benchers, Ellio Solomon, Dwayne Seymour and  Cline Glidden, did as expected and voted “No”.

All opposition members voted for the Bill.

Premier Hon. McKeeva Bush said with a smile perhaps he should be given credit for bringing the Bill to the House because the opposition now supported it!
