Grand Cayman according to XL Nation
XL Results Foundation was founded in 2001 by Roger Hamilton and Dave Rogers in Singapore to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurship and effective giving in Asia Pacific. “XL” stands for “Extraordinary Lives” – a life in which we maximise our power to create and our power to contribute. In 2005, XL published “XL 2020 Vision”, which outlines its vision of World Wide Wealth
XL 2020 Vision is to reach a Billion Dollar Challenge target by 2020, when it will have 25,000 companies participating in the XL Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme (SEA), donating $100 million from $1 billion in profits each year to nominated causes.
The XL Results Foundation became a leading entrepreneur and social entrepreneur network, with entrepreneurs globally and operations in Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Dubai, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Thailand, UK and the USA. The Results Foundation runs coaching accreditation, monthly networking events and a global membership program for entrepreneurs in each country, and has a rapid global expansion plan. It also manages the XL Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme towards World Wide Wealth, with a calendar of over 2000 events for 2008. On the 31st of March XL Results Foundation transformed into XLNation. In order to bring us from thousands to millions to achieve our vision of World Wide Wealth.
Now in its third year, XL Nation is celebrating its global network and world class mentors with the launch of a Global Social Enterprise Incubator. XL Nation circles in different cities around the world will nominate their own social enterprise for entry into the year long program. The successful social enterprises will receive a full year of mentorship, including Roger Hamilton’s Crystal Circle mentorship, and access to all the entrepreneur and team support tools from Wealth Dynamics and Talent Dynamics.
The enterprises will also have a full week intensive business plan training at Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics Master Programme in Bali, and support from XL Nation circles around the world in making connections and growing their markets.
The eligible social enterprises will be nominated by an XL Circle, have established themselves locally with a strong team and operations, be purpose driven, and ready to expand globally. As Roger Hamilton says:
“There is a new trend of incubators providing mentorship and training to promising companies. Where XL Nation differs is that we are focused entirely on social enterprises and, along with the mentorship and resources available, we have a ready global network of social entrepreneurs meeting regularly with the shared intent of supporting social entrepreneurship.” – Roger James Hamilton
All successful entries will receive a package worth over $30,000 in mentorship and training, together with access to global markets, connections and financial support.

Grand Cayman is a socialist, assamblearian city-state located in the Caribbean.
It’s structured as a non-government territory, which is quite weird.
The people vote for their representatives in local assemblies (soviets) and then these ones discuss the whole city-state issues as the conformers of the soviets discuss the district issues by direct democracy. Also, people in the soviets are elected by universal suffrage for the technical specific committees and assemblies to discuss issues there like economy, defense or culture protection.
The official name of Grand Cayman is Socialist Soviet Autonomous Republic of Grand Cayman (SSAR of Grand Cayman) but is commonly called Grand Cayman. See the flag.
